Meet my newest softie Chikuwa - he has a removable yellow sausage looking filling and is supposedly a Japanese tube-like food product made from ingredients like fish surimi, salt, sugar, starch, monosodium glutamate and egg white (thank you, Wikipedia) Happy Tuesday!
