Jeannie is a little anxious today. She is interviewing for the position of lollyologist (hard candy maker). It's been her dream job since she was a little girl. Her interest in hard candy began when her nanna would give her tiny pillow shaped lollies from a small glass jar. At first Jeannie thought the colourful lollies were tiny jewels and it took her till they started melting in her hand to realise that they really were candies and could be eaten. The moment she popped one into her mouth she was hooked and there was no turning back for our shiny little sugar fiend.
